Kingdom Come: Deliverance is a story-driven open-world RPG that immerses you in an epic adventure in the Holy Roman Empire.


 Bohemia – located in the heart of Europe, the region is rich in culture, silver, and sprawling castles. The death of its beloved ruler, Emperor Charles IV, has plunged the kingdom into dark times: war, corruption, and discord are tearing this jewel of the Holy Roman Empire apart.

ATS: Special Transport - State of progress

Since the release of The Oregon map expansion for American Truck Simulator, we have been overwhelmed with the positive feedback, comments, and reviews from our community. Our social media pages have been receiving countless videos, articles, screenshots, 360 degrees pictures and more from the lands of Oregon. We have been sharing some of your posts and images on our own pages and if you follow us, you would have seen some of them. It has been very motivating for the team to see how our community enjoys a brand new map expansion, so keep sharing!

We are also excited to share our current progress on the Special Transport expansion for American Truck Simulator. We've been very busy in the third quarter of this year with all sorts of projects, but we want to make it clear that this hasn't stopped the development of this upcoming game addition.



We are very excited to show you more of the Special Transport expansion, which brings special cargoes to the roads of American Truck Simulator. Our team is working hard on the finishing touches for this brand new addition, and we cannot wait to get you behind the wheel of these cargoes in a couple of weeks time.

In the meantime, we would love to share these screenshots of one of the special transport trailers with a cargo helicopter. Let the Special Transport hype begin!

Cattle And Crop 0 2 5 Straw Update

The long awaited straw update has finally arrived for Cattle & Crops, in this video I attempt to show you the features included in this update


0.2.5 Straw Update

Today’s update is all about bales and the straw swath. There are new machines like the Claas Quadrant 3200 RC bale press, the Joskin Wago D15 bale wagon and the Hammer 5000 bale fork.
The front loader and the front loader controls have been reworked completely. You can now use the Euro controls, as you know it from reality. The axes, tipping angles and velocities have been adjusted. A parallel guide has been implemented, if you tilt the bale fork at 10 degrees for example, the front loader keeps its direction when you change the height. This should enable comfortable working!
In addition the collision of the front loader has been revised, it can’t fall through the floor any longer.
Freeze: the ones who might find the cautious handling of the bales too arduous can use the “freeze function” for the trailer or the bale fork. The bales are rigidly fixated and don’t slip out of position. You can find the function on the right hand side in the Useraction HUD with a new button as well as in the control options where you can assign a key. You can enable and disable the feature in the Gameplay menu. An optical display of the load restraint will follow later.
Auto collect: You don’t want to load the bales in a realistic manner? Then you can use this function with the trailer or the bale fork, drive close to a bale which is then automatically and professionally stacked. You can find this option on the right hand side in the UserAction HUD with a new button as well as in the control options where you can assign a key.
Auto collect and freeze in combination: collected bales aren’t frozen automatically. When you put new bales on the trailer next to ones which are already frozen, you can use the freeze feature again to fixate them as well. When all bales are fastened, they can be loosened again by activating the freeze function anew.
Clogging of the press: when you drive faster than 20 km/h, another fill level is being displayed in the lower right corner. The more you drive too fast, the more the pickup of the press is clogged and it stops in the end. Then you have to switch off the press, exit the vehicle and clear the pickup in the middle via CabControl. Afterwards you can get in again, activate the press and keep on driving. The option to deactivate this feature in the options is presumably following in the next update.
In the options under Gameplay it is now possible to enable and disable functions like auto collect and freeze as you wish. What is new here is that the UserAction buttons in the right HUD are hidden when the function is being deactivated.
Bales have weight and therefore a noticeable impact on the handling. When you’re standing next to a bale and press the ALT key, the bale HUD is called up.
Laying swath: The Tucano can no lay swath by activating the “cycle straw spreader position” twice.
In case you want to test a feature quickly or you’re running out of money, here’s a list of some console commands, with which you can speed things up. You can call up the ingame console by default with the “^” key:
  • skipCondition   (Jumps to the next quest step). You can also assign this command to a key and finish single quest steps by pressing it. For the key “0” you can for example put in: bind 0 “skipCondition”
  • setPlayerLevel 99   (increases the player level, e.g. for a bigger vehicle fleet, in this case 99)
  • goldencrops   (Increases the account balance by 10.000.000)
  • cmd   (a list of more console commands)
  • Interesting for modders: With “body” you can now display the collision shapes in the game
Generally speaking it is helpful, if you save in a new save game slot before you test, start new work steps or start missions.

Known issues:
  • The sounds of the Quadrant are missing at the moment and will follow later
  • Bales can jump sometimes when they are auto collected or frozen
  • Sometimes you have to get the Quadrant to harvest again, despite of a clogged pickup.
  • There is still a problem with the pressing of different fruits in succession, at the moment you have to reset the baler via the vehicle fleet menu before you can press another crop variety.
  • You have to hit the bale in the middle in order to skewer it. Above or below the middle there is collision with the bale.
  • Bales slide on an uneven surface on the trailer when they’re not frozen. We are working on this issue at the moment.
  • Swath is always placed with the same visual volume, independent of the cutting width.
  • Sometimes there are yellow boxes on the edge of a field.
  • We are already working on a hot fix!

  • NEW: It is now possible to switch functions like auto collect, freeze and clogging on and off in “Gameplay”. A new feature is that the UserAction buttons in the HUD on the right side are hidden when a function is being deactivated
  • NEW: Borderless Window Mode can now be set in the graphics settings. When you’re in this mode you can for example switch faster from the program to other applications by pressing Alt+Tab
  • NEW: Distance textures of stubbles, swath and fruit have been color-coordinated

  • BUG FIX: The turning maneuver of the plowing worker has been revised, now multiple workers can plow at the same time
  • BUG FIX: At the headland, the worker rotates the plow into the correct direction now
  • BUG FIX: Machines that are spawned through the console command “machine” can now be sold
  • BUG FIX: The cursor doesn’t jump to the middle of the screen when you switch between tabs like “Employees” or “Vehicles”
  • BUG FIX: Machines shouldn’t disappear after a save game has been loaded
  • BUG FIX: The console command “dirt” is working again
  • BUG FIX: A worker starts working, even if other workers haven’t left the field yet
  • BUG FIX: The passing maneuver of two workers cultivating at the same time has been revised. There shouldn’t be any problems when one tractor/trailer combination has a smaller cultivator or a stronger tractor
  • BUG FIX: The crash that occurred when leaving the pause menu has been fixed
  • BUG FIX: The Lemken Juwel draws a plough line again
  • BUG FIX: The problem that files with longer names weren’t loaded correctly, has been fixed
  • BUG FIX: The Arion sound loop when fully accelerating has been fixed
  • CHANGE: Missions were partially displayed in the wrong language, this has been fixed
  • CHANGE: The chaser shouldn’t inhibit the combine any longer when it’s performing a turning maneuver
  • CHANGE: The game isn’t rendered any longer when you are in the pause menu. This provides stabilization with the FPS, especially if you work in the World Editor
  • CHANGE: When a vehicle is respawned after falling through the map, the forces that affect the vehicle, are reset
  • CHANGE: You can now purchase at the trader/trading window when you have two trailers (e.g. Strautmann)
  • CHANGE: Due to a better performance, the reversing lights of tractors are now switched off when exiting the vehicle

Retro Synthesis Early Access

About Retro Synthesis is a tech-noir narrative game about being torn apart between obligations and conscience. After suffering a tragedy, Harrison Noels, an experienced police detective, is forced to get over his hardships and take another case. The investigation leads him to the worst corners of New Venice – a retro-future, dystopian metropolis built above the surface of the sea.

Oregon DLC releasing next week

Embargo to be lifted for American Truck Simulator Oregon DLC this coming Friday 28th Sept 2018 at midnight GMT, which means that I will be able to cover this on our live stream and record a video to be released on our youTube channel both can be located by clicking these links Madhouse youTube and the Madhouse Official Twitch Channel.

The wait is almost over. Our American Truck Simulator map design team is putting finishing touches on the Oregon DLC. We are ready to confirm its release date now...

You may start seeing more news, reviews, images, and videos online this coming weekend. We will be lifting the veil of secrecy then, allowing the media as well as our friends in the senior volunteer tester group to openly start showing their footage from the DLC. We will also keep on working on the launch-day video trailer to make a yet bigger splash at the release.

Bridges of Oregon

Let us bridge the time until the release of ATS Oregon DLC by a post showing some of the bridges featured in the map expansion. Thanks to a plentiful amount of rivers in Oregon, our DLC will also contain a considerable number of bridges. We've just shown some major bridges while introducing Portland, but there are way more of them scattered around the state!


Bridges are landmark objects in the game that are experienced really up close, whenever the player's truck is crossing them. We need to provide a lot of detail, they are not a cheap 3D asset to build quickly. As each bridge structure and the terrain configuration around it is unique, bridges ask for solid planning and coordination across our teams.

We can see the light at the end of the.. bridge. October is getting closer, as is Oregon!

Mod Of The Day #2 Canadian Production Map V2

Here is our second mod of the day, again this is for Farming Simulator 17, and very interesting map by renebqc, the map is called Canadian Production Map V2 and is a x4 times map ( in other word big very big )

This is the second of canadian production map. This map requires a new start, it will not work with version 1.

I realised that while trying to build that big field, machine were acting funny in certain area, that problem was fixed by removing all trees in that section of the map.

were rebuilt and many other corrections made. Tested and corrected remaining problems I found.

Graphic Comparison I FS17 vs Cattle and Crops

Ive spent countless hours, playing Farming Simulator 17 and my gameplay time for Cattle & Crops is also rising with each new feature and update, but what are the real differences between these two farming games, well here you can see for your self in a video uploaded to youTube by  Agrar Hautnah

Saint Petersburg - Санкт-Петербург

Today we'd like to focus on the biggest city in the upcoming ETS2 game expansion Beyond the Baltic Sea. Saint Petersburg is the second largest city in Russia with over 5 million inhabitants. Its size and its location on the Neva river just at the head of the Gulf of Finland proved to be a difficult task for the map design team. With the scale of our virtual world, we need to distill the essence of real-world locations down to the most characteristic elements along the path the player will travel.


With so many huge pieces of architecture competing for our attention, both historic landmarks as well as modern transport infrastructure, we had to make some tough choices. Hopefully, the local patriots will be fine with our selection. As the main artery road passes through densely populated areas, we had to use every trick in the book to build and optimize the city for the game. In particular, the integration of the Western High-Speed Diameter was a real challenge. It's very new, and initially, we had troubles finding the necessary photo references to it. We have done our best to squeeze enough of it into the in-game city plan to make the right impression if its size and its aesthetics.

Krone Trailer Pack


With the 1.32 game update out, today we are proud to introduce a new set of trailers demonstrating the power of the new trailer ownership feature.
On our many journeys across Europe with our Simulation Trailer, we keep meeting the fine people from Krone Group. When we approached them about appearing in Euro Truck Simulator 2, they were very enthusiastic and provided all the support we could dream of to produce high-quality representations of their trailers for our game.

This is the result of our cooperation:



Now we want to return the favor and perform another of our PR stunts as a way to say thanks, as well as to spread the goodwill coming with this new great game content. Honestly, it's also a bit of muscle flexing in front of the transportation industry in general, as we try to demonstrate that our games' fan community is quite relevant when they think of their target group.

So what's the plan? We are going to release the Krone Trailer Pack in a few hours from now, but first, we are ready to give away 10,000 keys to our players! It's not just a random giveaway though, we are asking for your engagement in exchange. First of all, only veteran players with at 100 hours registered are eligible. 

Furthermore, we want to make a splash on social media that would be visible not just to @KroneTrailer. All in all, we came up with the following key giveaway campaign. Of course, it's absolutely fine for you just to wait till the DLC is available for regular purchase, in this case, you will be happy to know that we are releasing it with a 20% launch discount.

 



ATS and ETS2 Update 1.32

It's on! We have taken quite a while with the open beta - testing and tuning the new version was a very extensive task, as this is one of the biggest game updates we have ever produced. The reactions from the volunteer testers are very enthusiastic, and we are eager for the player-base to enjoy all the new features as well now.



The amount of open beta feedback was so huge, thanks a lot to all the participants! We may not have been able to respond to all of the messages individually, but rest assured that we read everything and all your opinions, suggestions and bug reports are noted. The power of the community is fantastic!

ATS and ETS2 Update 1.32

MOD ALERT:
Completely redesigned trailer-cargo logic (cargo data, trailer data, economy, etc.). Most mods will need some work to catch up!

To enjoy the 1.32 update, make sure to OPT OUT of beta branches and your game will be automatically updated on Steam.

On the other hand, if you are a heavy mod user and believe that the mods in your mix are still not up to date for 1.32, you may consider switching to 1.31 branch on Steam to continue playing the game with all the mods, while the mod authors catch up to the new features in the game.

For the legacy non-Steam edition of ETS2, the update should be ready in a few days.

Big Monday Coming

We are getting ready for a really exciting week ahead. Many things need to fall into place just right, we are stretched quite thin to pull it all off, but the outlook is positive, so keep your fingers crossed.

First, this Saturday and Sunday, we have the Zolder truck race weekend to attend and to meet our fans from Belgium. At the same time, a second crew is right now in Hannover, Germany, finalizing our booth at the IAA Commercial Vehicles 2018 Expo, which is kicking off next week.

Meanwhile, we are gearing up for a big day on Monday! We have some important releases on our radar, a new video is ready, and we are thinking of doing a Steam key giveaway for a new DLC that's coming up. You should definitely pay attention to our social media all through Monday so that you don't miss a chance to participate. Just keep in mind that we typically target giveaways to veteran players with lots of playtime hours under their belt.
