ETS2 - Beta - Strasbourg To Paris

A small apology for some of the mistakes in this video, I was working on it for best part of 8 or 9 hours, the file size was huge, at well over 50gb before being edited and compressed, and I thought I had finally finished working on it at 3am, so decided to allow it to upload while I slept, as I had to get up early this morning ( not enough hours in the day it seems ), it was only after I received comments/private messages on Utube that I was aware of the problem, I do hope it does not spoil the effect I was going for or decrease anybody enjoyment.

Please also stop sending me private messages on Utube asking for a download link for ETS2, I have had the same message from the same people for each and every video I have uploaded some multipul times for the same video, I am not authorised to give out any files or serial keys for this game, if you think you have what it takes to be a beta tester please please contact SCS as they are the only people that can and will allow anybody who does not already have access to this wonderful game.

A video showing a Scania R730 being customised, repainted, upgraded, and then driven on a short trip, please excuse any and all glitches in this video, the driving was done by my 12 year old truck son, so please give him the respect he deserves for his mostly good driving skills at such a young age

Trip Information
Truck Used - Scania R730
Cargo - Excavator
Distance - 249miles
Game Time - 7hours 5mins
Actual Time - 30mins Approx

Please be aware that there may be slight inperfections in this video, as video editing is not my strong point, but I am hopefully doing enough to scrape by without embarassing myself to much. I hope you enjoy the video, I know I enjoyed recording it, and after alot of private messages asking for a video showing the Scania being customised I finally gave in.

A Selection Of Pictures Euro Truck Simulator Mods

With the release due very soon of SCS's Euro Truck Simulator 2, due out in the next few weeks, I thought I would give my fellow blog members some thing to remind us of the old original version of this great game by adding a couple of screenshots from mods created by fans of the games

Below is Radars version of the Volvo with the Eddie Stobart livery, very nice skin, lets hope there is another version of this great looking truck for the newer version of the game...fingers crossed.

A very nice looking Scania for heavy haul created by Italian job, what with Twelve wheels, I bet this bad boy could pull almost anything.

Third for today is another Volvo this time by Lonestranger and Ols

Please note, none of the files needed for any of these mods are on this blog, I do not take credit for any of the work taken to create them, I just added the pictures, and credits to the original creators and skinners etc.

A few pictures of some of the trailer mods that are availble aswell as the truck mods

EU Trailer pack by Joske

Lonestranger's Esso Tanker

Hope you like the few pictures I have added, it might remind you of the original Euro Truck Simulator

DAV w Polsce - Euro Truck Simulator 2

TheRealTruckGal has done it again, she makes the best video's for Euro Truck Simulator 2,

A complete record of a short haul in the upcoming Euro Truck Simulator 2 by SCS Software, using a lorry, from Wroclaw to Poznan in Poland. Pardon bad reversing, was tired...

Pardon quality, I am still a learner when it comes to YouTube! Also pardon any errors in driving, recording myself while driving makes me nervous. (c;

Please note: any stuttering is my PC trying to keep up with the game and video recording software at the same time, not the game itself.

System specifications:
Intel Core 2 Duo @ 3.0 GHz
4 GB RAM
Nvidia GTX 560 1GB
Logitech G27 (using H-shifter)
TrackIR 5 (http://www.naturalpoint.com/trackir/)

A Couple Of Screenshots

After playing the latest version of the Euro Truck Simulator last night, and after reading comments on a Utube video I had uploaded the other day, where I customised a MAN TGX, people where asking me for a video showing me customising a Scania, so last night I spend a good few hours, and into the early morning, recording a video of me doing exactly what I was asked, below is a screenshot taken from the customise screens in the game.

I could not add the custom paint, and windscreen name plates as you can not do these in the truck dealers in the game, only from a garage, so I included a small bit of footage of my driving to the garage to add these to the video ( it is only a couple of seconds )

A few screenshots fron different angles of the finished Scania R730, with the customised name plates and paint.

It is going to take me a long time to edit, compress the Scania video so I will be able to upload/share it on Utube/here.

I think this might keep you happy for a couple of hours while I start work on my latest creation.

My 12 year old son playing Euro Truck Simulator 2 for the first time, using my Xbox 360 force feedback steering wheel, for  a 12 year old he does a good drive, had a little issue with the reverse as he got a bit confused to which way he had to turn the steering wheel to get the trailer to go in the direction that he wanted it to go.

Beta ETS2 Magnum - Torino To Dortmund

Euro Truck Simulator 2 Beta Version 0.918

Truck - Upgraded Route 66 Renault Magnum

Trip Information - Torino To Dortmund

Route Length - 631 Miles

Game Time - 25 Hours And 42 Mins

Real Time - 58 Mins ( Approx )

A loverly drive, in a Magnum, mostly "A" roads, and a bit of motorway thrown in, it made a nice change to drive mainly on winding roads, than a motorway, took me a bit longer to do it this way though but it was less boring than constant motorway driving.

Welcome To The Trucking Simulator Games/Mods

I started this small blog, for a simple reason, I love trucks, trucking games, and everything that goes with it, I am a real trucker in the real world, plus I am also a virtual trucker too, yes I am addicted to trucks in every, way, shape and form, I am a beta tester for the worlds best trucking simulator games company, and I have been posting video's on Utube for the virtual trucking fans to view, I am not very good at going this, but at least I try my best, which is a good thing right?.

Anyway I have not long uploaded a very short video, onto Utube ( compared to the other video's I have uploaded this is very short ), I called it Banana-MAN, which is my sence of humour showing through, You wonder why?........it's very simple, the truck is a very bright yellow, and it's a MAN TGX, hence the name.

The video show some of the truck customisation screens and some of the addons you can apply to your truck. I hope you like it, it took me a few hours to get it right ( or so I thought ).

With this blog, anybody wishing to add virtually anything about the virtual trucking community, this can be, game links, websites, VTC's ( Virtual Trucking Company's ), mods, screenshots, links almost anything, as long as it covers the world of virtual trucking, and does not contain any content not fit for children to view
